Real Estate Development.

The keys to real estate development are an understanding of the market and an expertise in site selection, diligence and process. Our primary business has always been real estate brokerage and development, primarily in the retail and office fields. Several of our clients and partners have extensive experience in the arena of residential development, and we often turn to them as today's market pushes mixed use development opportunities that require a multifaceted approach.

Chrysolite is also interested and involved in the recovery or completion of assets that have fallen on hard times. We recognize that great developers and great projects can fall on unfortunate circumstances, and within our portfolio we represent the capital and tenant relationships to assist you as a joint venture partner to help you recover your existing asset, to complete your stalled development or to reposition your asset for completion or sale within the market.

Business Development.

We have assisted several of our clients and partners' clients with the reposition of their business assets or acquisition of new markets outside the real estate realm. Very often, mergers and acquisitions outside the real estate realm take a very similar format to the real estate dealmaking and transaction, and we are extremely experienced and creative in that realm, often lending a unique set of eyes, smarts and dealmaking mentality to the equation with our involvement. Coupled with our capital relationships and key partnerships, this has been a valuable service in structuring deals unrelated to our traditional fields.

Public/Private Partnership Development.

In the past year, several strategic relationships have developed in our region encompassing the need to pair private interests and public resources to make deals possible. Chrysolite has become an integral part of several strategic partnerships that have created some large regional wins in the public/private partnership arena.
