After a process of determining the landlord’s needs, Chrysolite can take over as little or as much of real estate operations and management as required. In some cases, we just collect rent, pay bills and make distributions. In other cases, Chrysolite handles leasing, accounts payable, escrow management, collections, risk mitigation, contracting insurances, process management, deferred maintenance, construction management, lender negotiation, market studies, lease terminations, municipal negotiation and marketing.
